Seasons

Villa Kanti categorizes the year into two (2) seasons.

Normal Season	Jan 8 — Jun 30, Sep 1 — Dec 19
High Season	Jul 1 — Aug 31, Dec 20 — Jan 7

Rental Rates

Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Payments

A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by Villa Kanti within five (5) working days after the relevant invoice and payment instructions have been given to the hirer. If a deposit (and or written information of deposit transfer) is not received within this time, the booking will be cancelled. Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival.

In the case of bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within five (5) working days after the relevant invoice and payment instructions have been given to the hirer.

Payments to be made only by bank transfer, some conditions apply and full details will be given at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Reservation cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/ New Year bookings and August 01 to August 31 inclusive - bookings), deposits will be refunded in full less one (1) night villa rental (seasonal rates apply) or 20% of the total booking value (whichever is greater).

Reservation cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival are subject to a complete forfeiture of deposit to compensate Villa Kanti for the loss of other potential bookings that have turned down once a booking has been confirmed.

Notice of cancellation must be received by Villa Kanti in writing.

Final payments are non-refundable.

Checking In and Out

Check in time is 2.00 pm on the agreed arrival date and check out time is 11.00 am on the agreed departure date. Where possible, Villa Kanti will try and accommodate requests for early / late check-in / out.

Damage or Losses

The hirer is responsible for leaving the property in good order and if any damages or losses incurred during occupation, the hirer further must undertakes to pay.

Liability

Villa Kanti will not accept responsibility for any injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the use of the property, plumbing, gas, electrical or otherwise, and exceptional weather conditions. Further, no responsibility is accepted for the personal belongings, car, and its contents of the hirer or any member of the party, terrorist or military action, riots, revolution, insurgency, civil war, adverse government action or inaction or acts of God, or by any agents, employees, subcontractors, servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the services or accommodations herein or as substituted during stay.
